2022 Ronggui Street First Vocational Skills Competition Award and the First "Ronggui Famous Craftsman" Release Ceremony

On November 18, the awarding ceremony of the first vocational skills competition in Ronggui Street in 2022 and the first "Ronggui Famous Craftsman" release ceremony were held. On the same day, leaders of the municipal and district federation of trade unions, members of the leading group of the Party and government congresses of Ronggui Neighborhood, heads of deputy section level units, relevant heads of offices, labor model representatives, representatives of business associations, "Ronggui Famous Craftsmen", winning representatives of vocational skills competitions, enterprise representatives and enterprise employees participating in the performance attended the activity.

The conference commended 4 "Ronggui Skill Masters" and 8 "Ronggui Technical Experts" in the first street vocational skills competition. A total of 101 people from 22 enterprises signed up to participate in the competition. The competition was held in accordance with the high standards of the national competition. The competition events were set up around four types of work with high popularity, namely, die workers, assembly fitters, mechatronics and digital control lathe workers, to build a display platform for skilled talents and open up a fast channel for industrial workers to grow into talents.

Our company sent Comrade Lei Feilong to participate in the competition of "assembly fitter". After a series of competitions, we won the third place and the title of "Ronggui Technical Expert".

The first vocational skills contest is an important measure taken by Ronggui to implement the reform of industrial workers' team construction, and guide the staff to consciously follow the famous craftsmen, and work in one line, love one line, and refine one line. Commending Ronggui's famous craftsmen and calling for craftsmanship spirit are not only the inheritance of traditional craftsmanship skills, but also the call for all professional spirits. They are intended to polish the value background of dedication and glorious labor, build strong muscles and bones for Ronggui's wisdom, and forge soul for Ronggui's strength. By holding a high standard skill contest, we will identify more "Ronggui Famous Craftsmen" and enhance the professional sense of honor and gain of industrial workers.
